Hong Kong-Singapore flights to resume through a travel bubble | Condé Nast Traveller India

Flights between Hong Kong and Singapore are set to restart as part of a dedicated air corridor, or travel bubble, between the two destinations. There is no start date for the flights yet, but the broad terms of travel have been established. All passengers will have to carry a negative COVID test report, after which they are exempt from local quarantine requirements.

Hong Kong has managed to contain its third wave of the COVID pandemic, while Singapore has managed to bring the numbers from the first wave under control. The city-state saw only nine new cases on Thursday, of which eight came from visitors. As part of the agreement, both countries agree to suspend the arrangement in case the situation deteriorates.
